We just wanted to express our thanks to you and your team for all your efforts since we first met last September.

We are grateful to you for quickly ‘getting a measure of us’ as people and for doing everything in your power to improve our situation with the original installation.

We also cannot praise your team highly enough.  On every visit, they have treated us and our home with the utmost respect and have taken great care in everything they have done.  That, in itself, was a very refreshing change for us – but we also had the benefit of them all being thoroughly lovely chaps.  Two of your guys in particular (who spent more hours on site than the others) are an absolute credit to your company: they were kind, professional, considerate, and gentlemanly, in equal measure.

Your combined efforts – and the trouble you’ve taken – have meant that our two-year debacle with our original installation entity, and your subsequent involvement, couldn’t have ended on a more positive note.

While our written words are inadequate to express our heartfelt gratitude to you all, we hope they have gone some way to conveying our appreciation of you all.
